Creative Club

When?  Tuesdays 3:30 – 4:45pm  (NOTE: the club will move from Mondays to Tuesdays after May half term to avoid clashing with sailing!)

Where? Thorner’s Primary School, Bredy Class

Who?  Key Stage 2 (Years 3 – 6)

What? Let your creativity run free in our fun and friendly creative club! We will explore, discover and experiment with a wide range of exciting, creative techniques. Each week will bring something new as we have a go at painting, drawing, printing, sculpting, animating, sewing, plus lots more!

How much?  £36* for a Six-Week Summer Half Term (15th June – 20th July 2021) (Please Note: we start on the second week back after half term.)

*£30 each for siblings booked on the same club.

In summary, the main things you need to be aware of are:

  • > Children in the same class bubbles will sit at opposite ends of the room. 
  • > Children will pair up with someone from their class bubble and sit next to this person every week.  Where resources need to be shared, we will keep them within these pairing as much as possible. 
  • > Parents must collect their children from the hall car park at the end of the club. No entry to the school premises is permitted. 
  • > Children must wash their hands before and after the club.
  • > Children must keep 2m away from anyone who is not in their class bubble. 
  • > Let us know if your child comes down with Covid-19 symptoms within 48hours of attending the club. 

** Marketing purposes include: social media, website, email marketing and newsletters, blogs, leaflets, brochures, posters etc.

Terms and Conditions:

  • – Each half term must be paid for in advance.
  • – You agree to collect your child/children promptly at the set finish time. If there is an emergency which means that you are unable to collect your child on time, please let us know via 07596140005 and also inform the school. 
  • – No refunds are available for any reason, including for missed sessions.
  • – We, at Chesil Creative, will do our utmost to avoid cancelling sessions, but if this does occur, we will contact you and your school as soon as possible so that alternative collection arrangements can be made for your children. We will reschedule any missed sessions or, if rescheduling is not possible, will refund £6 (£5 for siblings) for each missed session.
  • – If the government put us into lockdown measures or the club leader is self-isolating but feels well, then this club will be transferred online via a zoom meeting on the regular club day and time.  If for any reason we are unable to run the club online, we will transfer your booking to a future, rescheduled club date.
  • – If we do not fill the number of spaces required to meet our minimum class numbers, we will give you a full refund.
  • – We will collect, use and store your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
